Yes, a subscriber who has paid up on their land can re-sell their plot(s). The company will require the seller to furnish her with details of the buyer. The company can act as your agent to help you re-sell the property at an agreed agency fee. 5% of the current market value covering change of ownership and other administrative costs shall be paid to the Company, either by the transferor or transferee, as shall be agreed by them.

At the expiration of an agreed period for the payment of the purchase price, the purchaser shall be required to pay the balance of the current market value except where the extension of the payment period was accepted by the Company.

In the event of an application for a refund by the purchaser, where the purchaser is yet to complete payment for his or her plot of land, the Company shall be entitled to a deduction of 30% of the amount paid as administrative charges. The refund shall be processed and made payable to the purchaser after a period of 120 days from the date of request.

Every purchaser shall be allocated on the layout and given a Provisional Allocation letter on payment of the total purchase price, subject to when they are ready to build. Only those who are ready to build will be given physical Allocation provided they have completed payment for their survey plan and development fee. This is to ensure that development moves systematically and not haphazard or undeveloped.

We do not accept cash payments. All payments should be made to NEW APPLE CITY PROJECTS LTD at her designated Bank Accounts. Otherwise, cheque(s) should be issued in favor of NEW APPLE CITY PROJECTS LTD. The Company will not accept any responsibility that may arise as a result of a deviation from the above procedure.

The company in conjunction with the Home Owners Association will further the development of Tomorrow City. The company shall be the Estate Manager.

No. The company is doing her best to see that the City becomes habitable. Corporate development will be done when we have all moved in. Only an allocation fee of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) is required before development to carter for the plot preparation. This can also be paid in installments as you develop.

A registered survey plan on payment of N250,000 per plot if in individual name(s) and N450,000.00 per plot if in corporate name(s). This may or may not be immediate.
